No Pain, No Gain!

It’s been one week since I started Boot Camp, and — yep — I’m feeling it. I went three times this week, twice to the outdoor boot camp and once with Mr. Man to one at his gym. It is hard work, but I’m feeling better. Since school ended, I dropped about 5 pounds through diet and exercise. Cardio, weight training, and about an hour worth of squats and lunges on Wednesday, and I still do yoga on Sundays to keep working on the flexibility. ¬†And I really enjoy it.
